AG Office requests charges filed against Neely Tsoodle be dismissed

OKMULGEE, Oklahoma– A motion to dismiss former MCN Public Relations Director Neely Tsoodle was filed with the MCN District Court on Sept. 25 by MCN Assistant Prosecutor Mark Thetford.

MCN Attorney General’s office filed one count of theft of the Nations funds, program income, or other federal funds against Tsoodle Nov. 29, 2018.

Tsoodle separated from the tribe Nov. 23, 2018.

According to court documents, MCN District Court Judge Bigler has issued an order dismissing all the charges and recalling any warrants.

On Sept. 30, Mvskoke Media reached out to AG’s office for comment. At time of publishing no response was provided.
